FULLTIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS (for full-time salaried employees only)

– 2 weeks vacation per year for the first 2 years. 3 weeks vacation after 2 years *

***Relocation expenses, Certification reimbursements and any other expenses paid by the company must be repaid 100% by the employee, if the employee leaves employment within 12 months of the payment date

EMPLOYEE OBLIGATIONS – All Ardent Technologies Inc. employees must adhere to the following regulations

– Use vacation and floating days responsibly.

– Notify the client and get approval BEFORE using any of the vacation and floating days.

– Notify Ardent office BEFORE using any of the vacation and floating days.

– Represent Ardent at the client site.

– Follow client rules and regulations at work site.

– Complete the assignment before leaving the project.

– 4 weeks notice before resigning from the company.

– Never discuss any employment related issues with client or any middle layers. This include pay, benefits, immigration and any other issues related to the   employment at Ardent.

– Do not solicit employment with clients and/ or the middle layer companies or work with them directly or indirectly without written permission from Ardent.

– Notify any issues that may affect the work to Ardent office immediately BEFORE notifying any third   party including the client.

 

Referral Bonus
Employee Referral Bonus: $1500, paid in 3 monthly installments after 2 months on the project.
Project Referral Bonus: 10% of the project up to a maximum of $2000, paid immediately after receipt of first payment from the client.
